All runners from beginners through to seasoned race competitors can greatly benefit greatly from a personal training plan. As an experienced running coach of 25 years standing I offer dedicated one to one coaching services to runners at all levels and standards, either face to face in the Canterbury and East Kent area or online via Skype, giving advice and support to those who are new to running and to more experienced runners who are keen to improve their overall running fitness and to improve their race times.

I offer comprehensive individual assessments to each runner.  I will carry out  a full review  evaluation of individual runners and their individual running history. I assess each runners strengths and weaknesses and can identify any constraints or complications which may potentially impact on  training and racing  activities.This will enable me to create a “runner profile” and based on this I can then devise a basic forward  training action plan for each individual. I can also offer detailed advice on running technique including posture,gait and cadence, flexibility routines and bespoke training programmes for those who are targeting specific distance races ranging from 5K up to and including  marathons and ultra distances. I  can also provide ongoing online feedback if required . I also offer direct training session coaching on a one to one or group basis  using local park , track or trail locations in the Canterbury area.All coaching assessments and sessions are carried out by me personally with no third party involvement.
